Suzie Strosin
After nearly two decades in the industry, Suzie is driven by the belief that great casting is the foundation of unforgettable unscripted television. As a Casting Director and founder of Casting Empire, Suzie specializes in development and series casting for unscripted television. Working closely with producers and networks, she identifies untapped talent, conducts in-depth interviews, and helps shape story and tone through a deep understanding of personalities and group dynamics, making her a trusted casting partner behind some of today’s most successful unscripted series. Suzie works with real people in all their complexity, the strange, the inspiring, the heartbreaking, the ones you root for and the ones you can't stop watching. She’s driven to build casts that pull audiences in and keep them emotionally invested.
Her credits include Vanderpump Villa (Hulu), Botched (E!), and My Strange Addiction (TLC), along with a wide range of projects across major platforms. She is known for her strong creative instincts, collaborative approach, and ability to bring out the best in the people she casts.
Suzie is an active member of the Casting Society of America and the Television Academy and was named one of Realscreen’s Factual 40 under 40 in 2026.
